Dr. Andrew Horne is a Board-Certified Orthodontist with extensive experience in comprehensive orthodontic care. A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, he earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He continued his education at the University of Colorado, where he completed his Orthodontic Residency and received a Master of Science in Dentistry. To further enhance his expertise in healthcare management and business operations, he later earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

With over a decade of experience in private practice and orthodontic contracting, Dr. Horne founded and operated Smiling Springs Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, where he successfully grew and managed his own practice before transitioning to new opportunities in Arizona. Since then, he has provided orthodontic coverage and contracting services in both Arizona and Colorado, bringing high-quality orthodontic care to multiple communities.

Dr. Horne specializes in .018 and .022 slot twin brackets, self-ligating systems, clear aligners, and appliance therapy.
